The boys worked really hard this summer getting ready for the Mid State Fair. They pilfered Grandma and Papa's produce until they found the best and turned it all in for blue ribbons.
They really love being able to be a part of something big. They especially loved visiting the fair and their produce.

Kira even got into the process. She was a hard worker with those beets. She even ate one once Grandma smothered it in butter and made it taste good.

great pictures Lara, looks like they had fun. maybe I should adopt some grandparents in southern california. Idaho is a far cry from CA but at least they have more sun than here too.
